Let me briefly explain…

Bev Rolfe Profile Pic WebFollowing many years’ experience in all areas of office administration, including managing a family business for over twelve years, working as a fee earner within solicitors’ offices, as well as long term secretarial, clerical, payroll and general administration expertise, I am able to help small businesses and ‘start-ups’ in most administrative areas.

My sole aim is to take away the burden of such ‘admin’ chores to enable my clients to get on with what they know and do best – producing, selling or providing services to their customer/clients without worrying about various areas of administration behind the scenes.

Working either from my home or your premises as desired, I will take care of one or many tasks, as required, thereby freeing up your time to get on with the business in hand.

My ‘mantra’ is ‘HONESTY, INTEGRITY and CONFIDENTIALITY’.  These three words are of vital importance to me and acting upon them can be borne out by former and existing clients.

An initial discussion is always free for however long it takes and thereafter my work is charged either by the hour or, if more appropriate, on a ‘retained’ basis.

Although based in Folkestone I will cover most of East Kent and include a round trip of up to 15 miles within my hourly charge.

As a café owner, before I retired, I asked Bev to help with my bookkeeping which had fallen into arrears due to a previous bookkeeper not keeping in contact and falling behind. In addition, she assisted with PAYE, VAT and other general administration including providing numerous contracts of employment. Bev also advised on certain legal requirements and oversaw my online banking. We had a very agreeable professional relationship.
